Firstly i would like to say that my english is not excellent, and that i have been all my life defending computer games.

Yesterday, here at Spain Mendieta was at the official presentation of fifa2001, many videos of him playing on the play2 version where shown in TV. It was the first time in my life which i have got upset for having bought a computer instead of a console, grafix where just a hundred times better.

I suppose i have to say that my computer is a P.III 650 128 RAM Geforce DDR.

I have seen many games which show much more better grafix whithout any slowdown. I think that EA looks for a game which can be played nearly at any computer so everybody buys it and doesnt look forward for those like me which have spent a lot o money on their computer wishing to have the best. I think that buying today a play2 is like actualizing your computer with a new grafix card which can give without problems those grafix which i saw on tv. Pc players have had to wait for 2 years untill sony decided to take out the play2, during those two years our computers where able to get much better results than those we had which where just like playstation with two or three enchancements more.

Doesnt any driving game on the computer have superb grafix, come on just look fifa it just has better grafix than two years before but nothing else.

Please post your opinion, or information which explains the great differences between play2 and Pc.

I also wanted to say that im not of those who likes to ctizice everything, but they have been ******* me for two years in silence. (sorry for this last thing)

Well I've seen the screenshots of FIFA 2001 for the ps2 and seen it on television and from what I can tell it looks about the same as the pc version in graphics, but i've heard that it actually plays a little slower on the PS2 (maybe thats a good thing in FIFA's case).

But I agree, the Ps2, dreamcast and eventually the XBOX are all great value for money compared to a PC, and when the XBOX comes out I will be switching over from PC gaming to the XBOX for the simple reason, it will have all the games made for it that the pc does, this is the trouble with the DC and PS2, they dont have all the great games that the PC does in most cases.

Hy man I live in Spain too, and I saw yesterday the official presentation of fifa 2001 in Spain on TV.
Obout the graphics there is something that is better in Ps2 that in pc, and that is the crowd, the bench , the flags, everything related about external thing you know the fun factor

How can you say that juanmanuelsanchez, it want only the crowd which was better, i would like people which have seen both versions to take part in this discussion.
