Hi guys I´m having those substitution problems with 2GF hairs and I´m trying to resize some 2GF hairs to 1GF. I´m using Photoshop but after I change the alpha bitmap from 256x256 to 128x128 the FSH Tool give me this message:

no alpha data file
WARNING: color palette is not grayscale in alpha channel bitmap.
keeping blue component


Please can anybody help me how to resize the alpha file without loosing the transparency?

i think that you have to change the color mode from rgb to grayscale
