when you send a message with that button it goes directly to all mods, if i'm not available at the time, keeg might be or silencer, or the other way

You know what ? I used that button hundreds of times . I used it because a lot of users used a very bad language , or they were spamming and the list can go on . You know what happened ??? NOTHING !!! Absolutely NOTHING !!! I also send you PM's and the result was the same . No measure taken and not even an answer .

Firstly let's kill some cats. With that out of the way, it is unfair to say mods don't work, what you may not realize is that the average Mod does not have the ability to do as they like... I cannot, for example, ban a user. I can give cards but only a supermod can do all the things that are required - but I was the one who asked that Arnau's ban be lifted when the time had expired and I responded to Jackson's PM as soon as I could to change his forum name, so you guys shouldn't be saying mods don't work. You will also notice how many of fcbayernmunchen's posts had been edited by me... I spoke to him and also made the recommendation that he should get some 'time off' to reflect, but there is no way I can enforce a recommendation. We are not supermen, and we do have other things to do besides moderating a forum where silly little boys annoy us all. Chill, guys.

I was talking about SlowHand in the most of the time . He doesn't see any spammer bastard , but every time I do anything wrong , he finds himself some time to signalize that to me .

Now he send me a message , that my damn sig it's to big . Now let me tell you something mister : I DON'T GIVE A DAMN !!! And you know why ??? Because there are more than 1000 other guys on this forum that have a sig bigger than me !!! Take measures with them , and maybe will talk after that ...!!!

now, you already know that the signature max is 300x100 pixels or 48 kb; and you still want to have your big sig
is that coz you want us to pay attention to you? is that coz you're compensating something?
and if you saw another kid with a big sig, did you send me/us a pm?
