First, let's get straight that I have experience with Fifa since 98.

1) In 2000 I used to score goals using the Q button. Now in 2001 this doesn't seem to work, it always passes the ball to another player. Is this correct ?? I now use the S to pass the ball gently behind the keeper, but the Q of 2000 was a bit more powerfull than the S of 2001.

2) I do have problem scoring from a close distance. In 2000 if someone managed to pass the whole defence, then the keeper moved towards a direction and you could send the ball around him. Now in 2001 many times you 've beaten the whole defence and the keeper stays there and you can't score, he always saves it. Are there any hints for scoring from very close range ?

3) Continuing the above, I watch the computer playing (always in World Class). He passes the defence and gets into the box and then from almost the penalty point he shoots with a lot of power an sends the ball on the top left or on the top right corner of the nets. I tried to do the same thing but I can't. How much power does this move needs ??? How should I press the direction button in order to send the ball at that spot ?

4) Sometimes the computer scores from outside the area. Can a human player do that ??? I have only scored in Easy from a very far distance, a bit ahead od the center of the field (and of course from outside the box).

5) I was a bit dissapointed from the World Class. When I was playing 2000 I thought that a more difficult level is a MUST !!!! Now in 2001, the World Class doesn't have something special, it doesn't play FABULOUS football, but the referee goes with the computer, it doesn't give fouls, the pc scores from anywhere, etc ... This is not fair ...

4: Yes, I have scored a few from outside the penalty area, so it can be done.
