EA Sports made a strange decision to redefine control keys in FIFA 09 Demo.
Our decision now is to release small automatically installing patch (90Kb) that will return keyboard controls to FIFA 08 style.
FIFA 09 Demo Keyboard Patch — download, run and in second you will get «A» as sliding tackle again, «E» as sprint, etc

this is great guys! yes, we can change the settings of the keyboard but when you restart the game it reverts back to the original keys. Thanks guys.

Is there a way to unlock the Through ball and tackle etc for the gamepad? If so can you try and make a tool to assign controls to the gamepad that would be even more useful! Hope there is a solution, cause there almost a month before the game comes out, and i can't play 08 after trying this. :bob:

Yeah you can. Just change them, switch the device at the top to something else and then go back. It should save, I've done it.
