you cant save the keys in the demo!If you get out of the game,the keyboard option will reset by him self

On my PC they will save the keyboard changes and only the graphic changes he doesen't save

You can, in fact save them ingame. Go to Demo Options -> PC Controls. Select the device at the top as Keyboard. Make your changes and then select another device at the top (switch it to Keyboard + Mouse or something). Then go back to the main menu and it's saved!!!

I didn't have any problems saving resolution as well.
