hey ashman great to see you back around mate. yeah the 09 template is a bit easier for making than the 08 one, the difference isnt much, but u can get the details right a bit better on the shirt in 09... oh and congrats on the hawks getting up, the granny was a great game to watch, especially when wanting hawthorn to get up haha

Mate your spurs kits are really nice. You have made the boring puma designs look awesome

i dont agree with all these negative opinions of the puma kits... to me these puma kits are probably the best designs going around. i do agree that it is a little boring that all the kits are the same and teams are just adopting their colours to the templates, but in terms of player comfort level and looks i think they are great. in particular i love the simple v-neck collars and the socks

if only three or four teams used this template then i think the kits would be very very well liked

being sincere, I love the puma design.. it's dunno, like very classic, very simple and, don't know, I love it. and I so love that Spurs kit you've just made, man! Cheers :D

I agree, but If you sponsor half of Africa, half of Europe and about a sixth of the domestic teams in the world, then how on Earth can those designs be liked. Look at Adidas - they have 4 templates each season and they also do some unique things with the mesh of the kits and the collars. Nike have 3 templates but they also add something extra to each kit such as the line on the back of the Man Utd one or the St georges cross on last seasons Milan kit. If puma went back to those watermarks, then it would be great.

hey Simo, remeber my request about the extra ManU jersey variations a couple of pages ago??? Can you try to make at least the all white one???

I also think that your AIG logo is a bit too long downwards and on the right hand side (under the ManU chest logo) too short. The AIG sponsor should end under the right edge of the ManU sign, not under the beginning of the left edge.

hey kob_master. yeah mate im planning on doing those extra kits cuz i really want to complete the pack. i havent had much time for kit making lately being in the middle of exams and all but i'll be finished soon. i think that picture is a bit deceptive to the absolute placement of the logos and badges, as u can see the nike logo appears to be lower than the man u badge. this is the picture i used as a reference when making the kits

tho i've also realised that the seams for the sleeves on my kit are wrong and that the embroidery around the badge isnt on the kits utd play in so i will definitley remake that kit when i get the chance

Think that the jersey picture you took is from a Nike replica one, you know a fan jersey. The jerseys worn in game by the football stars are authentic ones which aren't sold often... they're very expensive

hey guys ive been away partying for a bit but im back now. thanks everyone for comments once again, its great to receive so many

kob_master: i try to make my kits as realistic as possible so i dont want to move the sponsors, it should be fine if the fonts are aligned at the top of the template rather than the bottom, it should be easy to adjust them, and if its not i might even make a set of fonts for the french league which are compatible with my kits

theres a new pack coming very soon. any guesses?

can you make some more retro kits? Apparently Man us new kit is an 100th centenary kit of a certain achievement or something and they are gonna make the kit like it was back then with a giant v shape thing. a better description/pic of original kit is is another thread i will post a link. can you make a mock updated modern version of it? its a really simple kit.

done... it acutally fixed itself, imageshack seems to play up every now and then
