About the minikits i found a very nice new FM tempalte.
The template is relatively popular in the FM community so we have a good probability of having all leagues updated.

I remember that i only convert the kits from FM. All credits goes to their editors;).
And you can use the barça mini in your sig.:D

I'm looking forwards to your chants pack. Please do something about England! Right now, we get Utd chants at England games. It wouldn't happen in a gazillion years (and I'm a Utd fan by the way).

I should start uploading the 1st packs in the next weekend. I think i will upload the packs i already have for fifa 07 so you can have a great atmosphere right now and after that i will start releasing the updates.

I have made a cmp with cm08:

This contains Liga Sagres logos. CM08 should work with this. Please test it and if it works i can release many leagues logos next weekend.

Make sure you select only the checkbox of GUI Logos in CM08 and also don´t save your db.
Please tell me if it works.

It depends of the teams. For example FC Porto has more than 50 chants.:D


I discovered today that i cant use SM08 to import my previous chant packs but it works with SM07.(tested ingame).
The best way is to wait for SM09.

Here is the lsit of teams/leagues that i would like to have some chants so if you can find some please send it to me. The best way is searching youtube videos and record the sound using audacity for example:
-Scotland premier (only have Celtic and Rangers)
-Lower divisions from England, France and Spain
-National teams

yeah imade a .smp for Man U wiht those sounds that dde gave but doesnt work ingame using sm08

Can you add international chants? There aren't any in the game at all right now. What's the point of adding national anthems, but no flipping in game chants?? Apart from club chants that have nothing to do with the teams playing, Man Utd chants at an England game for God's sake. Also, you get Utd chants at lower league grounds, when Utd are nowhere to be seen!

Install with cm08. Make sure you don´t save your db or it will become corrupted.

@NeyON94: Yes i will make Sporting flags. I have some great flags for PES so i will convert them.
The quality is a bit lower but i think they are great.

can you pls make a big exe patch with all the logos?

When possible, make these packs with installers, I just can't get File Master to do what I want it to!

You should use Creation Master, not Filemaster.

Pls make exe or if not able too ask Silencer or Keegan to make an exe patch....
I don't like too use Cm08 for 09....pls

You can use cm08 in 09 safely to install logos and minikits. (I have tested myself) If you don´t save the db you don´t have problems.
I might make an .exe but only after installing all the logos in my game.

It´s easy. First you need to find the chants. The best way is in youtube. You can save the audio and edit it with audacity for example.
Then use SM08 to import then into the game (They need to be in .wav format).
It would be great if you could find chants for small east european teams.:)

Edit: Are you sure SM 08 works with Fifa 09? All it keeps saying for me is 'can't find file'. I've pointed it towards the Fifa 09 root directory.

Bruno I have a very big favor to ask you. Can you make me a .smp or whatever patch for SM08, with the chants of Wisla Krakow which i compiled in the zip here? I tried my best to keep them short, and good quality. Also gave you lots of Wisla Krakow chants so you have a variety to choose from, and if even possible use all of them.

What annoys me about the game's chants is how they're allocated. You have Utd and Chelsea chants appearing at lower league teams, when Utd and Chelsea are nowhere to be seen! Would it be possible to replace these with a few generic chants for lower league clubs?

Also, once you've d/l them, how do you install them?

Ok, I've got them and they sound really good in SM 09. Trouble is, the game won't load now. Any idea why that's happening? The chants sound really great, it'll be a shame if I can't use them.

Has anyone got an idea why this is happening and how to fix it? All I did was installed the sounds using SM 09, but now the game doesn't want to load.

How to you save the patches after importing?
In previous SM´s when you save the patches use the save button the audio gets corrupted. You have to click in exit->close->say yes when asking if you want to save your current work.

I dont know if this bug still happens in SM09.

Thanks, it worked. The bug's probably still in SM 09 as it's a beta.

Constructive criticism: The chants are good and varied, but could do with being just a little bit louder, so they can cut through the background crowd more. If you could tell me how to do it myself, then that'd be good, if you don't have any plans to do it. Are your other chants packs of a similar quality?

Edit: @Bruno, do you know how to get at the other sounds in the game? I want to make the 'near miss' crowd sound much louder, same for the away goal cheer and I'd like to make the ball sound when making an aerial pass slightly quieter.

@Bruno: If there was a way to reduce the level of the background crowd noise, it would be easier, as you wouldn't have to alter each chant individually.

There were loads for PES 2008 and PES 6. If I can find them, can you convert them to be made for Fifa 09?

Probably I'm old fashioned, but I think there should be the good habit to ask authors before editing their stadiums and pubblishing them. And you even wrote in the first post that everyone can use your stadium conversions in their patch! But stadiums are not YOURS. They are an hard effort of lots of stadium makers and you simply cannot take the rights to tell people: "download and use as you want". Your service to community is good but, given that quite all italian stadiums are made by Turco78 or FifaMania staff, you should have asked Turco or to a FifaMania admin if we were happy to make you convert the stadiums for us. But I see that this is not the rule of fifa editing anymore. And this is the same for example for the famous 150 stadiums pack. No authorization went from us but, at least, there were the stadium authors in installation program (nothing similar in your cmp).

Finally I tell you: let the link and let users download the stadium pack. When we will release our pack there will be no more reason to use yours, but, meanwhile, we let users use your pack if they want some italian stadiums. Only please delete that first sentence about the fact that all can use your conversions in their patches. Or let it, but put an exception for italian stadium, thanks! Things are already bad, but in this way we try at least to keep this trend (pubblishing things without asking) less spread as possible.

P.S: Ask to everybody you want: we ask every single editer if we can use their creations. And we put all names and sites in the credits ;)
This is the way we all should do these things for the respect of our fellows. You know how hard is to edit things so I think you can understand what is the problem ;)

Because others didn't have my same respect of his job.

If you want to make a superpatch without any credit, I don't think you will be welcome by editers from which you took the creations. By no editers at all.

I supose this was clear. In the downloads name there is "grass fix" only. Also people who following my thread knows that the stadiums aren´t mine i think.

No i don´t. I am in fifa editing for the community not for copywrite my stuff. I don´t bother about credits,authorizations and other burocratic things.
One thing it´s to use other editors stuff and claim like it´s own. That´s wrong.

-Route de Lorient (Rennes)
-Moustoir (Lorient)
-Bonal (Sochaux)
-Nugensser (Vallenciennes)

This are the ones i remember.

In my packs there are some chants of players. I dont want to add many because if you play in manager mode and the player gets transfered we will still hear the chant which is not realistic.

After long time i am back.

I will mainly convert all the FM minikits for the 09/10 season when they are released. (Not before September).

For now i will release a very good flagpack.
