I did everything that the game manual asked including opening the ports. When i sign in into the widget it asks me for the serial, and when i enter it is just stucks at verifying code/serial.

What is it that im doing wrong? Can someone explain to me how to enable this feature.

how do you enable widgets as i don't have any and my addidas live seasn tab is just intro and preview and something else and i would love to try it;)
