Hey my friend http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif. Graphics of the game is THERE. The gameplay against the computer - sucks.
When you will play against a real opponet (person) you will like it more.

Hey,Dynamo, where are you from, i'm from Toronto. Btw, I think NHL 2001 is the best game I've played so far! It's as close to perfect as you can get!
And that's the only thing I like about EA Sports - NHL series!

Canadian money ain't worth jack$hit, and I'm not just saying that because I'm an American. It's true, you know it, I know it. I paid $39.99 American and I am pleased with it...

hey Dynamo Kyiv Fan,

I'm from T.O. and I just bought the game last night for the same price and it is worth it. As far as the Yanks opinion goes, what other country do you know that needs a
glowing puck to follow hockey. Can you imagine them at a live game -"Where's the PUCK????". Shame they don't have a glowing football in this game for them!!!

I see all you foreign bastards have a lot of American stereotypes http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif. But believe it or not, there are some Americans who say "football" instead of "soccer". There are Americans who don't watch Jerry Springer, there are Americans who understand international politics (highest grade in my political science classes), there are Americans who can see a hockey puck without it glowing (I would remind you, Juventus, that it was EA CANADA that created the NHL series, NOT EA USA), there are Americans who visit their families living in other countries, there are even Americans who look down upon capitalism (*gasp* how un-American). So don't you stereotype, regwright. You have no clue who the fu{k you're talking to...

What the hell does EA Sports have to do with a glowing Puck????? That was Fox Sports (as in American sports channel!!!!)

Very smart there JUVENTUS http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif, but not really. You might call me a Yankee (I don't see anything bad about it) but I came to USA 8 years ago from Ukraine, Kyiv. I'm 27 now. I never miss a game that Dynamo played there and I myself played FOOTBALL on different levels (and still playing). So, if you are satisfied with the gameplay of FIFA 2001, it makes me wonder if you ever see the real game on TV or live. So, as you see it is really easy to say now that you know nothing about football ... but I will not. I'll just say that EA did a great job on game graphics and they made the speed of the game realistic. But graphics is just one of the reasons I want to buy FIFA series games, but not the main reason. I think, that EA had better game play in previous FIFA games. They just never seem to take good things from previous games in to the new one. I understand that they can't put real people in to the game ... as yet http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif, but look what they did with NHL! Which tells me- they don't pay that attention to FIFA. I can only hope that FIFA was developed in Europe.
As for your question Dynamo Kyiv Fan, if you are planning to play against other people - buy it. Against computer - not worth it.
Just know what to expect ... (there is no Ukrainian National Team there as was promised http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif )

My mistake, Juventus. As you can see, I am obviously not a big fan of hockey. But my point is still the same. Every one has these stereotypes about Americans, but we're not all like that...

Soma, Thanks for saying everything I wanted to say. All us Americans are not like that. And Juventus as far as the glowing puck, Fox put that in because they were trying to get people who don't watch hockey to start watching it. But those of us who already followed the sport thought it was the stupidest thing we ever saw. So not all Americans need a glow to follow a puck. Thank you

Ezio

The bottom line is that if you want a more realistic football experiance go outside and play the damn game for REAL. Remember this is only a video game!

Hey man, I'm from Newfoundland. I think 2001 is well worth the money. And never mind those Yankees. Sure, their country is cheap. You can buy an assault rifle, three grams of crack and a commeorative Jerry Springer video for under $8 U.S. And the rent in the trailer park is smashingly cheap, too!

Viva America!
