Hey guys i put the file locale.ini for correcting the stamina issue...but now computer oppenent does not put substitutes during game...i played several matches n i have same problem... plz someone tel wat to do...thank u

Find ALL instances of DO_CPU_SUB = 0 (as it probably appears in your file) and change them to 1. That should sort it.

It allows you access to legendary mode, lets you change the difficulty of the keepers to legendary as well (which improves two player offline no end), choose game speed, change resolution and choose fatigue on/off.

Before installing it, delete your old 'locale' file, this editor will create a new one which will only contain the things listed above. It won't affect substitutions, so they should be the same as out of the box.
