First off, where is the resolution for 1920 x 1200 setting? The demo had it, why doesn't the full game?

Also, the patch (English) doesn't work. Says there is a old file missing or something. Is there a North America release instead or something? (EA Download Manager doesn't get the patch, just blankly stares at me)
