Hi all, maybe you know from HERE (http://www.soccergaming.tv/showthread.php?t=156227) that I have been able to re-activate the referee name popups. So I want to do an huge referees patch this year with tons of referees. Of course I will use generic faces for most of them, but I would be very happy if some of you (facemakers good with photoshop) could do not .o morphing (if you want, but I know it's difficult this year, so let's give priority to players), but simply a texture making... I show you an example with Plautz:

It's not very similar, but not so bad. It's a referee face, not a player face, so I don't want perfection :D
So I'm asking you if you can do some textures like eddieguerrero did with Plautz only placing good pictures over the texture making nose, mouth, etc (NO HAIR) going in the right place so that then I can choose the best generic model that fit in the texture...

I don't think so. At least with a texture taken from the picture you can see wrinkles, the mouth and so on of the real referee ;)
That with Plautz was a try made with the demo... I didn't even change the generic model: I'm sure there is some other model that fit better the texture than it ;)

Is true, the pics are very small, for this is complicated make the texture. I leave here another face but in this ocassion with the O.Model.

Unfortunately the game light doesn't give the proper colour to the texture :(
However he is very good ;)
One question: you gave me a model with hair. Should I used also the hair (I collapsed them to a point)? If so, please give me the .tga files or tell me from which player you took the hair from, thanks ;)

I like it. I have already said to Eddieguerrero to darken a bit the eyebrows. For the rest for me it's ok :)

I want to insert almost 20-25 referees for each league (not counting the lower leagues of course given that the nationality is always the same), so I think I will reach the number of 400 referees :D For the moment I'm only taking names and nationality of the referees (and if they are international or not), then, when CM09 is released, I will make generic faces for them ;)
But of course more specific referees I have more good and realistic will be the patch :)
Ah, I have decided that for international referees you will see also the nationality in brackets. For example: "Laurent Duhamel (FRE)" or "Roberto Rosetti (ITA)" ;)

Good but there are some things wrong:
1) make the face (and skin in general) a bit darker
2) eyebrows are not grey (like in your texture) in the picture, are brown ;)
3) let some more wrinkles on the face

Now wrinkles are ok, but the colour is not the same of the picture. Use the skin colour of the picture ;)
Eyebrows are horrible mate... Did you make it with the brush? Rosetti ones are brown, not black like in your texture. If you are not able to make them brown, let them as they was in the first texture. Just update wrinkles (like the 2nd texture) and skin colour. Then I will re-colour the eyebrows on my own, thanks :)

EDIT: Lubos Michel has retired, so no need of textures for him...
