I like the initiative and the design isnt all that bad. You could perhaps make the sponsors look less pixelated and, if im not mistakened, put the mike logo and the team logo on the shorts and socks for some realism. Sort out the first thing and they will be great.

Quality is not good but nice

Get better logos and will be all right :D also if you can make an index in the first post, will be great.
