Sure you can use logos for your patch... Well, Liga do Brasil has no logo so far as I know. Strange for such a big country of football, but that's like it. I'll try to get maybe the logo used by sports channel in Brazil to have something ingame.

Nope, I didn't stop, I just had no time for now to make some packs. Though I'm working on some leagues at the moment. I hope I can post new packs during february (Conmebol teams and Argentinian, Indian, South African leagues might be available + updated Spanish 1 & 2 because I got official logos of some clubs I missed).

It seems obvious there's not .EXE, all are PNG to import with CM09. I'm not a great fan of .EXE file, after it's installed, everybody complains that's your fault their FIFA sucks. Anyway, it takes maximum 1h to install all with CM, which is not that much time.
