As the topic already says:

What's the best way to start a complete new team?

I know that you can create a team within 09, but i want to get more in depth
For example:

I wanted to created FC Eindhoven (Dutch 2nd Division team)
Now i already created them in 09, but what i really want to do is to completely import the team roster.
Now i know CM 09 is a good program for that, but i don't know if it's possible to add a team with CM 09, because i don't see the team i created in 09 on CM 09.

Also Does anyone here have the FC Eindhoven official home/away kit for 09?
It's not really mandatory because i could just use the standard one in fifa 09

If anyone would be so kind to give a step by step faq/tutorial on how to make a team from scratch, aside from the kit making because we already got plenty of faqs about that, then i would be very grateful :)
