My spending strategy.

1st Idea: Always keep a roster of 18: 2G, 8D, 8M, 2S - this means keep selling the worst players in each category at every transfer window. No sentimental feelings.

2nd Idea: Dump all your money into fitness coaches until you reach 10. This means your players are fresh every game.

3rd Idea: Always have tickets on high

4th Idea: When fitness coach is on 10. Spend money on scouting.

5th Idea: Start scouting when coach is on 5 and you have in the bank atleast 6 times the cost of scouting. So, if scouting costs $1 make sure you have $6.

6th Idea: Always always always gobble up free agents if they're more talented than your players.

Decent, I always buy decent scouted players and free agents and never play them and sell them for money.

Also if I have a younger player who is just 1-2 points worse than an older one, I'll sell the old one, for more money and play the young one.
