I'm currently playing master league on top player and the master league level on very hard, i am on the 3 season but I still cant get the likes of puyol and terry etc, for ridiculous types of money and im a Rank S, the clubs accept my offers but the players never accepst even whan i offer wage of 5000!

can anyone give me some tips please to make negotiations work well???
