How do i get a ICQ#,whats good about it,do you have to pay to get one?

You can't play any games(yet??) with ICQ over the internet.

well the main features of icq is, if u had ur frend's icq number, you can see them whenever they r online(provided they switched on their icq), why icq is better is that you can only see the people whom you know on ur icq, and there is no channels which u haf to go, however it is "easy to crash" and take up memory.

And 1 new feature, send free sms to handphones all over the world!(The person who receive sms can send back to ur ICQ!) Means you can communicate when ur oversea's fren is not online.
