Im gonna, using CM 09, try to create 2 dream leagues with a relegation/promotion format. The leagues will contain the best teams and biggest teams in the game.

Im gonna attempt but i cant promise it will work as im not really that good with editing (it always ends in disaster) If i am successful ill make a CMP of it.

my intention was for it to be able to be palyed in manager mode, but that would screw up manager mode pretty much because teams would be playing twice as many games, and my FIFA has screwed up

which is crap if it crashes after a few seasons so ive abandoned the project
