I have never played this mode, but want to try it out. Here's what I plan on doing:

-create about 30-or-so players and sign them to a division 3 Uk squad (I would like this to be sort of a created team venture)

-use this roster to start manager mode and eventually work my way up to the Premiership

My questions:

-can you sign these created players to long term contracts, so I can keep my team together?

-what are some tips on budgeting/etc to keep my team afloat while I get my as$ kicked on the field initially?

-tips on best way to earn/spend money? Can I buy bonus packs to improve my players or will they progress on their own?

-scheduling...I have no clue, or is a schedule automatically generated?

-How hard is it to get fired in this mode? I'm probably gonna suck royal nuts at first.

-can you change difficulty level during the manager mode?
