Hey, I found this great forum today because I just got football manager and am playing it for the first time ever! I'm excited, I've heard so much about how money it is. Anyways I got FM09, and I just tried to casually dive into it earlier today, and was totally overwhelmed by how extensive it is. I was getting smoked every game with FC Koln, so of course I deleted that manager profile and plan on starting a new one but not before I get some advice from everyone on this forum. I'm a huge soccer fan, but an armchair fan at best, AKA I'm not too knowledgeable on tactics, formations, or the extensive features of this game.

I'm looking forwarding to chillin' with yall and hopefully you guys will be able to help me not suck at FM09. In exchange I will bring some serious FIFA experience to the boards...

Peace till next time.

The captain.
