A big hi to everyone...im hopeless, can someone help, plz??

my fifa 09 is not playing smoothly....it a bit the same lags when we play online...even if i play on low settings, it remain the same...what should i do...should i tweak the frame rate or what..plz help me:$

Can you describe the problem more clearly

the gameplay is not playing fluid....it is very irritating to play...wen passing the ball or wen the players got to make some runs...its not smooth...wat can i do
