- "Luckily, EA Sports has always been about the gameplay and features" WHAT THE HELL IS THIS GUY TALKING ABOUT! OBVIOUSLY HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT EA SOCER GAMES!

- However, while the CPU-controlled players do react realistically, they don't really pose too much of a threat in the game based on what we've played of the preview version. Regardless of the difficulty setting, it is generally a bit too easy to score and there are an abundance over uncharacteristically high scoring soccer matches.

this is expected...

we were lucky enough to get the videos of the japanese game acouple of months ago
and it was clear that the add-ons had aminor effect on the game...

p.s.don't expect the game to be dramaticaly different from the japanese version!

well someone really ought to question whats going on in their heads, there are so many ways to make the game more difficult subtley, for example in RTWC, the higher the difficulty setting, the more realistically inaccurate your passes were, they could in addition to speed, make accuracy and special moves vary with fatigue levels considerably, also as stated in the 'SHOW SUPPORT FOR EA QUESTIONS BY POSTING HERE' post, they could make tackles less easier to recover from, for the player who engages and the player being engaged, also during weather conditions like snow and rain, they could make sharp and sudden turns prone to slipping and falling down, and render the special moves like 360 spin and nutmeg impossible bar for the most talented to do, make goal keepers as someone else stated in the forum prone to red cards and injuries little things, these are little easy things only their programmers could do but they would make an enormous impact on the game imrpvoing it, cause I would certainly notice within virtually an instance any of these attributes beig implemented,(these thing for the programmers ARE NOT VERY DIFFICULT to include, they could do it quite easily before the game release as well.)

that's the problem.. u have to place quite an effort.

1-it's not on PC:it's on playstation or nintendo
2- u need an emulator:

either try N64 which is free to download and u may find the file that runs the games(look in the archives at FIFA 2000 messages about amonth ago..tons of links and info there)

or try apricy but guaranteed way that surprisingly many people did:

1-buy the PSX game or rent it
2- get the VGS emualtor(it's $50 ) www.virtualgamestation.com (http://www.virtualgamestation.com)
but it' a3mb file w/out acode... so u can split it with a million people if u will!

I'LL TELL U WHAT I WAS TOLD: U WON'T REGRET IT!

if a game is not on the pc then i am not interested in it. i enjoy more on the pc with its nicest graphics than playstation or nt64.

"There's lots of running around in this wacky sport that some freaks call football."

Who are you calling freaks. Freak! Look at your sports, every time I need to go to sleep I just look for Baseball or American Football, I'm out in 2 minutes.

"There are numerous motion capture moves that have been captured from well-known athletes such as Lothar Matthaus, Hidetoshi Nakata, Paul Scholes, Theirry Heny, Edgar Davids, Gaizka Mendieta, Shimon Gershom, and more. Okay, well these guys might not be too well known by the general populace, they are key figures in the world of soccer."

If you don't know this guys you don't know jack.
