I cannot reply to the topic "get the best emulator to play iss" so i post a new 1...
This is to tell everyone how ISS looks like and which emulator is better
Look at my screen shots of the two games on emulators...

This is Winning Eleven 4(iss2000) on VGS, can only run on 640x480: http://sg.geocities.com/iceboy83/iss_vgs.JPG

This is Winning Eleven 3 final version(Iss pro) on Bleem! at 800x600 with 2x2(FSAA): http://sg.geocities.com/iceboy83/iss_bleem.JPG

Note: Bleem! cannot run iss 2000/WE4.

The second, but these emulators don't show the beautiful animations. Move this post to the Fifa 2000 forum, unless you want to get flamed.

To Neutral: Nah don worry, the guys here are quite friendly except for some... idiots who like to oppose ppl.
To Eleftherios: Emulators are easy to find, use search engines and search for playstation emulators, but roms is difficult, so i bought a warez CD version from my country.
Anyway Fifa 2001 is out in my country tomorrow(tuesday). http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif

i can't get EPSX to run, hangs. Bleem runs very smoothly, in fact, it is so smooth that i had to run with antialiasing on and Vsync on, then switch the speed to minimum in the iss.
