Dear EA,

You have said that you can't put teams like Portugal and Galatasaray in FIFA 2001 because the rights belong to other companies, but if you can use these teams in FA Premier League Football Manager 2001 then why not in FIFA 2001?

i think galatasaray is in fifa 2001 in the champions league, but other wise it is a good question. if portugeese league is in soccer manager it also should be in fifa 2001, that goes to the russian league and the turkish league. let every nation enjoy there league in fifa 2001.

I actualy posted this in the wrong place and i didn't expect any response. What I meant by Portugal is the Portugal national team (there league isn't on FAPLFM 2001) But if Galatasaray are in the Champs League on F2k then that is good enough for me.

I can understand why the Portuguese league isn't included because ok, it's not the best league around, although it would be nice to have teams like Benfica, FC Porto, Sporting and Boavista to play CL and UEFA tournaments. Same goes for some of the other teams left out, I'm not the biggest fan of some of these teams, but teams like Galatasaray, Spartak Moscow, Dinamo Kiev should be in the game too for the same reasons.

The Portugal national team is a mystery as to why it's not there, Maybe it was over a dispute EA had with the Portuguese federation or something?

As they are not giving us the pleasure(?) of the Portugese league in FIFA 2001 they should put the top teams in the 'Rest of the World' teams and the European Cups.
