Holy Moly,

I've heard a lot of people ranting on about ISS being better than FIFA, but I have always gone with EA (despite plenty of problems with their games) So I wanted to see what all the fuss is about - I have been changed - Captain's armbands!!! Never has anything like this been seen at EA, squad numbers on the front of the international shirts and shorts, team flags out on the pitch at the start of a game and the proper skits, I'm in heaven (These are the details I like in a game) If only they made the ISS games for PC.

u can add accurate player heights and builds!
as well as very accurate team and player styles!
u can see france play very tight in midfiled while england play a faST paced game w/ more long balls....

u can notice owen dribling alot more than shearer and bierhoff deadly in the headers...


ON TOP OF ALL THAT GREAT GREAT GAMEPLAY!
IT CAN ONLY BE DESCRIBED AS FOOTBALL AS U SEE IT ON TV!

Konami need to make this game for PC.

1- no one forced u to check this topic or asked u to like ISS
2-there's alot of people here that like ISS
and many people at FIFA2K just talk about football
3- for your info i came here quite awhile ago
to get info about fifa01 as i was excited about it more than u and bough 5 or 6 of their games!

but the good people over here told me about ISS!

pheonix666, if you were aiming you're comments at me then you're wrong - I am a massive fan of the FIFA games and have bought all games from '97-'00. But like sabaho have been told about ISS here, so I reply here http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif

You guys must be joking... ISS better than Fifa´s games?? I agree that some Fifa´s aren´t so many good...but ISS it´s not bad...but it seems that ISS can even "touch" the quality of Fifa´s games....

I'm going on screenshots I've seen, but having never played the game I don't really know what it is like.

PS What the hell is ISS like to play. (Please note - youre answer could sway my descision on buying a PS2)

well i went to rent iss pro evolution but it wasnt in (tipicall)
so i got iss 98
and comparing that with road to thge world cup 98 i would say it was inferior
now i have to get iss pro and compare it with fifa 2001
but at the moment for me fifa is got the advantage
