This a the best ****in FIFA site there is out there but the thing that kills it is the server! It goes soooooooooo daaaaaaaaammmmmmmnnnnnnnn slllllllloooooowwwww!!!!! I'd have twice as many downloads if this site went faster! I shouldn't have to wait 2 min. on a page with a DSL modem!

Got to give it to them. They've done a fantastic site, and built up a real community. I love this forum, it kicks!! I have no probs when posting though, so i dunno what's up, especially of you're running on dsl.

We actually switched servers about 8 months ago (the soccergaming.net server, which is the one that Matt told JJ about), but the fact is that with pageviews increasing several-fold, we need to move again, and we will do in the very near future.

Interestingly, JJ's forum is, indeed, one of the fastest-loading forums in the world. In fact, I managed to view all seven threads in record time! :D :cool:

to be frank.. it is getting slower and slower... i guess it is the ubb problem as the number of users getting bigger thus it will affect the speed of members posting...

This site would be 100x better if the average page didn't take 3 min. to load!

Think about how it must be for us. Uploading things and posting news. It takes forever to load up something that we are posting, and if it has errors on it people visiting in that time will see it. It's no fun. :(
