But now i have the face but if im just playing the hair is long only when i zoom it gets short from distance it looks still long?

Also is the quality of the game worse then it was without faces the details are less good how is that possibly?

that's because a lot of facemakers doesn't work properly with textures, they work hard to made them look fantastic in O-edit, but doesn't worry much for the ingame. The ingame aplicates lights and shadows in models that makes look many textures to get over saturated; and also many times the previews and stuff are taken in O-edit with higer quality that the ingame final, that's because the game support only 2gf size.
