View Full Version : Romario to INTER MILAN???? Ronaldinho Gaucho 30-10-2000, 07:32:PM That's what I read in this brazilian newspaper on the net.....the want to have him by the end of the year.... f 30-10-2000, 08:40:PM isn't he retired? even he plays, how old is he, and why inter wants to get an old player when there are alot of bright young stars around. thats stupid. Manny 30-10-2000, 10:27:PM F he isnt retired, infact I think he is the best striker in the world at the moment! I dont remember if he scored 6 or 7 goals in the latest two games for Brazil....pretty impresive isnt it? [This message has been edited by Manny (edited 10-30-2000).] Luc Nilis 30-10-2000, 10:41:PM I dont think it's a good idea to buy such old player. I mean Romaria is a great player (one of the best strikers in the world) and i have a lot respect for him. But i think it would be a better idea to give young players a place, and hive them a chance to grow... Luc Nilis 30-10-2000, 10:42:PM BTW: Inter got a lot of offensive talents (too much). They have to buy some great defenders, i dont think they need another striker. nikolal 30-10-2000, 11:29:PM ROMARIO-VIERI-RONALDO (WOW !!!) ------------------ Ronaldinho Gaucho 31-10-2000, 01:56:AM f: isn't he retired? even he plays, how old is he, and why inter wants to get an old player when there are alot of bright young stars around. thats stupid. He's 34 and he's not retiring any time soon...he's probably playing in 2002...in his last game he scored 4 goals against venezuela....he's been playing very well for his former club as well (Vasco da Gama)....I think they should mix young players with veterans cuz I think that the young players from Inter could learn a lot from Romario... |
