this guy in fifa 2000 fum have made a comment about fifa 2001, so read it.

yo f, impossible to shoot from long range? my first 3 goals were from outside man - the pitch is bigger aswell and the gameplay is quite slower too

So Denis, I rate Fifa 2000 4-5 stars, in comarison what do think of 2001?

BTW I thought FIFA '99 was 8 stars.

The keeper is awesome, there are many new kind of saves.

One thing I liked was the little run up for penalties!!

The graphics are awesome....gameplay....well better than fifa 2000....ref still don't call that many fouls....i could not score from long range....keeper are like superman again this year....and one more thing....Beckam looks like an alien....and I hope the demo was on easy mode cuz I beat Arsenal 10-0 and that was only half game.....Beckam scored 7 goals....

people how can you not understand that the demo is obviously on amateur mode - that's the first thing i noticed - the computer was never challenging my players...

- if Fifa 99 is 8 stars i'd rate fifa 2001 at least 7 because it hasn't got the special moves but in everything else it's better i think ....

my first goal with YORK, it was amazin, i had a break away and just about the penalty spot, i pressed the pass button and shoot the ball in to the corner of the keeper, woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo baby what a goal.

referee needs to call more falls. i could not rate this game yet due to camera view. stupid ea did not let us view in different camera views. any way, i really liked it and the graphics, and the game play of the game is great, the players are slower, but i still think the speed of the players is very fast, i will rate it after i view this on a tower camera.
i tested the keeper alot of times cracking it away from the net 20-30 meters, which once hit the cross bar, woooooooooooooooo that was amazing. guys hold the shoot button longer so the player would get his power.

My first goal was scored by Beckam on first minute of play....sprinted trough the whole team then I put the moves on the goalie and just taped it in....it was quite the goal if I may say....too bad I kept on doing it....the final score was Arsenal 0 Man U 10.........pretty cool huh!!

Dennis Enchev, fifa2001 hasnt got the special moves as has fifa99? because in fifa99 without the 360 degree spin in the ball as you go past a player, the game will be very hard on "world class" level if their isnt that move.
Excellent thinking EA. Now lets see how many people will win games on world class level without that special move

They have got to make the AI harder than 'fifa99 world class' because 'fifa2000 world class' was a joke

I played it. Feel its fast. the kick scripts are still there. Why cant it be like FIFArtwc 98.
