Go to the aimani.ini file and do the folowing:

First of all change this line in the file
"BALL_AIR_RESISTANCE_XZ = 0.0125"
to this
"BALL_AIR_RESISTANCE_XZ = 0.055 "

The main point is:
I was playing the Demo and wanted to play the ball back to barthez.
He then played it to p.neville who wanted to play it back.He played it to barthez a little too hard and the ball landed in the back of his own net.
The next thing p.neville did was funny.
He walked to the ball and gave the ball a good hard thump(intending to kick it into touch coz he was angry)But instead he kicked it hard agauinst the post and the ball rebounded of the post right into his nuts http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/biggrin.gif http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
