because you have installed win vista, you must install the Creation Master Beta1, and later install the creation Master 1.1

open,
and go to files
open - select all
search fifa 09 main folder
select fifa.db
select spa.db or english.db open the db file of your game!.. wait to load and its all. the cm09 run but you cant see the images 3D. you can import kits and cmp files. but edit the faces is imposible because the cm09 no be made to vista.....

Go to Rinaldo CM09 thread and look for regfix.zip. It will fix your problem
