I dont know how to put the new jersey kits in the FIFA99 game. Because it is a CD I cant unzip them in the CD...IS THERE ANYONE THERE WHO CAN HELP ME? AND I ALSO NEED THE FED99 because the WEBSITE www.fifa99.net is not working.

Have you installed FIFA 99 to your hard drive? If not, do so! Then, when you have downloaded the jersey you want, just extract it to C:\Program Files\EA Sports\FIFA 99 (or wherever you installed FIFA 99)\Data\Player\Textures!

When u r unzziping the jeresy,it have a number.

u need to open FED99 & on the jeresy select screen,u need to select the number that was on the fsh file.

Thanks GUYs however when I install from or copy the files to my C:/ drive, when I try to intall it...It asks for the CD. So how can I intall the game without using the CD???

You need a full installation of FIFA99 on your hard drive if you want to add new kits to the game!
If you don't have a full installation of FIFA99 on your hard drive just copy the complete data folder from the CD to your FIFA99 main directory (C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\FIFA 99 by default)!

Once you have done this put the new kits in the data\player\Textures folder (the complete path should be C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\FIFA 99\data\player\Textures)! Then you can assign the new jerseys to the teams with FEd99 or the ingame editor in case you don't have FEd99!

If you use FEd99 you have to make new jersey thumbnails (File/Make Jersey Thumbnails -> close, then restart FEd99) first! Otherwise you can't see the new kits... http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/wink.gif

Just install it again mate. When you're on the install screen and it asks you what type of install you would like to do, choose the custom setup (Recommended for advanced users). FIFA 99 downloads will only work as long as you choose that installation setup. All this is just useless if your PC isn't installing from your CD. If that is the case, buy the official game now!
