i like it, it will take some time to get used, im going to work on the gameplay when the official game releases.

im also aware this is only the demo.


pros

1.new animations are nicely done
2.360 movement is well done
3.defense is smarter (especially when attempting corners)


cons

1.gameplay needs work (i played on world class & destroyed juventus)
2.goalkeeper are not everything they said they would be
3.players look like im playing football w/ a sims 3 character

any news from kits or minikits?

tried to open the db in cm09, but cm09 crashed.

the ai.ini has new group sets for the team styles, special ai, individual players like gerrard & xavi alonso, etc have special midfield runs, but its pretty much the same.

a lot of the files look the same, so i think its 95% the same as fifa 09.

Pros:
Small improvement on kit graphics.
Better goal structure.
Better movement, shooting, passing etc.

Cons:
No original font on kits or EPL bend on name.
The same lame old movies (if you tackle/score etc).
Can't really see any improvement in the graphic area.
Nothing done to the lame armbands.
No untucked shirts (yet).

i downloaded it in 10 minutes, maybe less.

if it's the same goalcelebrations ect. as they used the last 5 years that will be wery hard to take for me... they are really uncool and boring when they are not just plain terrible

i realise that gameplays is the important thing but you need to be stimulated by the other stuff too especially as the same stuff have been used for so many years now

but downloading atm so might take it back..

The kits and flags are the same like 09, still dont know about the faces and stadiums, the base are lil different than 09, but not uneditable ;) :

Don't bother with download. Is the 09 with some minor improvements and tons of old garbage. If i hear the same comentators again I will shoot myself. If I see the same moves, the same lame shooting, the same stupid defence, the same...the same....again, i will shoot myself. For every version i was espected CM by Rinaldo like I espected Tyra Banks in my bed, but for this new-old crap i don't need nothing.
I don't need CM, FM, IM, nothing.
You know why? Because i'm still playing 07, I was playing 08 for two months, 09 for two weeks and 10 for two hours. And this is the final point with FIFA for me. This is a criminal file, a fraud, selling the same thing under a new name. I hope that somebody see that and send this monkey-buffons to jail and close EA forever. They did the same crap with all the sports games labeled EA. If somebody tell me just one difference between PGA tour 08 and 09 I will shout my mouth forever. They live a super life because we are stupid. Is very funny when people ask for a NG FIFA for PC. The future for EA are the gaming devices not the PC. Selling the same crap for PC is a easy way to make money to buy licences for FIFA on console. :rofl:
I was taking a quick look on EA FIFA forum where mr.Didd ask for an opinion. Assaulted with criticism, Mr.Didd disapear from FIFA forum and never give a response to anyone. Ask Outsider, is very active also in that forum. I can't be that stupid 3 years in a row. In FIFA10 NEWS thread I have a long post about what to espect: Nothing. I'm sorry to say that I was 100% right.

This are Bulgarian teams. We add them with UniDb(for the db files), other graphick thing, we have know that thay are like 09 and we made them before few weeks. Bad news for the stadiummakers, I thing that this was the end :(.

i am shocked... it's just fifa 09 re-released

if fifa 09 was really great i could kinda live with some tweaks but that is not even the case

The game is really, really better than 09. Looks better,except turf, too bright and weird texture, ( i play in 1920x1200 all in High ), feels better, IT'S REALLY BETTER! The difficulty Levels are, very very good. CPU AI is smarter and hardest. The Team Styles are very good. 360 in the old engine, are quite well implemented. I hope that any minor bugs are fixed for full game. And I hope untucked shirts are implemented in the final game.

After of the sad, poor,too easy and full of bugs fifa 09, I love fifa again. Thanks Luke Didd ( Producer ).

CPU AI is smarter and hardest.

honestly, cpu is dumb as balls. i was playing on world class keeper and player difficulty. after 6 trial games (on wc difficulty) where i played once as each team, i drew 3x, won once, and lost twice. i then played as chicago vs each of the other teams and won every time. there were times when i had to check to make sure the difficulty was on WC because i couldn't believe how dumb the AI was... i'm not even that good at FIFA. i never even played a single online match in FIFA 09. so its not that i was good, it's just that the AI sucks hard... i was able to slide tackle and the AI would just run into me... it's like i have all the reaction time in the world

PS, i'm confident that the keeper cheats at saving penalties. i never won on penalties in fifa 10 and i lost 0-3 twice... to rensing of all keepers. somehow, delpiero, diego, and trez all got their penalties saved...

i guess i'm obligated to say one good thing... then i guess it'll be the heading system. it's a lot more fluid now. animations and physics are beautiful for heading

both gameplay and grapich looks so mutch better and it will be nice to see some shade on balls again and even playing a daytime game without it looking absolutely awfull would be sweet too

in america the cpu capital we have fast internet, i have 5mb/s.

my very first goal in fifa 10 was when i late-crossed with ribery from the left wing... the cross/shot wasn't even on target until cech tipped the ball with his fingers and deflected it goalwards...

i was very disappointed at the keeper AI... that never even happened to me in fifa 09 let alone any fifa or PES game. i also saved a replay but i can't view it. load/export was disabled in the demo

the good thing is that there's no more player collisions though... haven't happened even once in the 15 or so games i've played... better AI teamwork, position-wise, passing-wise, teamwork is just beautiful in fifa10... it's just terrible opposition AI and keeper AI. i can only imagine what amateur level is like if world class is such a joke

i'm going back to pes 09 smoke patch and fifa 09 mega patch until fifa10 comes out for 360 or pes10 comes out for PC, whichever comes first. but i'm holding back from completely uninstalling the game... i'll try the fifa10 demo again when the pes10 demo comes out

ive crushed everyone, im working with the ai.ini now but theres a lot of new parameters factoring in. & im sure there will be many more individual team parameters once the official game is released.

My Review:

game play is a bit better. Though CPU's still playing too dumb, I gave them so many balls and they couldn't simply score in Professional level. I think players move a bit slow, I made it fast but still it's not that good.

Graphics are almost same, I expected 3d fans but they are still ******* 2d. and the grass looks terrible. Animation are better, you can see some new things as well. Lighting is better.

They made new faces for so many players like valdes, alves, marquez, puyol, del piero and ... but I'm really disappointed that messi's face is still same (maybe because he's PES cover). Lampard face is terrible and I mean terrible, he's on their cover how ?????

May i ask you guys, how come that when i make a pass and then try to pass the ball directly to another player, it goes back to the same guy who passed it instead. I think this is very infuriating, even tho it was the same with fifa 09...can you change this?!

I just played the demo for the first time today, I kind of like it, the player models on the pitch seem a bit stretched ( they are not quite to scale in terms of the pitch size), but other than that I think the game is ok. But, I am looking forward to some decent gameplay enhancments

The gameplay is REALLY, REALLY GOOD!. The game feels fantastic now. AI is hardest and Smarter. Ok, the graphics not are improved this year, but the gameplay is a BIG STEP FORWARD. I love Fifa 10.

The graphics aren't better than fifa 09, But the Gameplay is REALLY MUCH BETTER. Try more and will see what I say.

I usually play fifa on my sony bravia 52 xbr9 and I went back and forth with a fully patched fifa 09 and then the demo and I cant see any difference except for the range of motion of the players. It looks like they packaged the same game so there is no way in hell I'm buying it this year. I'm sticking with 09. Have fun!

pros - they keep making fifa series.

cons - graphic, gameplay, animations, crowds, chants. stadiums, kits, balls, boots, 3D grass, depth of field.

Arayas, if you have so many complaints about FIFA 10, then why don't you go and help them out? They're trying the best they can and might I remind you that we're under an economic crisis right now? The games has taken the punishment for it, an example is NHL 10 which didn't even come out for PC this year, I don't know what you're talking about, because I think FIFA 10 is good and a good improvement from FIFA 09, except for the cons that Regularcat wrote down, I agree on that but the rest's alright, another pro, if you can consider it a pro, they have done well when it comes to the player's attributes and skills

In the Demo there was a great feature where the control pad rumbled on a free kick when you where near the post, is there a way to have this in the full game because it seems they took it out and yes i have vibration turned on =]
