isn't this the exact same list as 09 minus the Bernabéu (which you technically can't count as being new b/c it was given an ID in 09---I think)?

This list is wrong, think first before you simply copy some data from lang.db!

Following stadium are NOT in FIFA 10:

Millenium Stadium
TCM Stadium
Aveiro Municipal
Braga Municipal
Coimbra City
Algarve
D. Afonso Henriques
Dr. Magalhăes Pessoa
Mestalla
Saporro Dome
Yokohama Stadium
Samiyen

Generic Oval is right: if you look only at lang.db you cannot understand which stadiums are really in the game because there are lots of unused strings down there!

I'm guessing pc will be about the same as 2009.

Again EA doesnt clear out old files, so the portugese stadiums may have been there cause of EURO 2004 game had them didn't they?

It are the same stadiums contained, as in Fifa09, therefore also no Bernabeu-Stadium. However, that's unofficial.

Probably took the Millenium out because they don't need it for the English Cups anymore.

Indeed, there are also some teamname's included in the lang.db, from teams who were in FIFA 2005 last playable :)
