This is a provisional thread for the RTWC patch for FIFA 10. I can't release any features just yet since the game is still not yet released, but I think that the feasibility of this patch will depend on having converted stadiums available for use in this upcoming game.

It's me again. I'm going to release a small patch after the release of CM10 with some new teams.

I'm waiting for Rinaldo next beta release which should have all the promblems to do with team/player importing from FIFA 09 fixed.

Well it depends who qualifies. I haven't made Gabon yet, and they have a chance of qualifying. I might release just after the draw in early december to have the correct groups.

Yeah Gabon is higher in Fifa Ranking than Poland :P If you want I have Slovakia kits with minis :)

No, the crowd textures don't work properly for stadiums made before FIFA 10.

i have 09 patches for 200+ national teams w/ ea style minis.

robbie you want them, all you need to do is update the rosters.

for stadiums i heard 09's are usable if you convert the crowds because they have a transparency that allows teams colors to be worn by the crowd.

I can let you know here. Tell me what teams you have? And also, did you make them yourself or are they from fifamania's WNP?

I have 118 national teams from my own world cup patch from 09.
All 53 UEFA NTs
All 10 CONMEBOL NTs
12 CONCACAF NTs - 12 teams from the third round
All 13 OFC NTs
12 AFC NTs - the 10 teams in the thrid round + Iraq and China PR
15 CAF NTs

As for the crowds, I don't know how to fix the crowd meshes. If you do know please let me know how to go about doing that.

I've already imported the 8 teams from those 23 which have qualified but are not ingame by default.

hay robbie. I think teams have different kits, logos, rosters etc.

And is the RTWC 09 (fifa09) as cmp also released?

dont do the qualifying stages, just everything afterwards.

so you can make a cmp patch that wont be so big.
a patch of a smaller size usually means better quality.

For the kits, check RaulGonzalez thread, they're not very accurate enough but they can help. Now we know the 32 qualified teams, I expect your patch with patience :D

i think you should leave out france & use ireland in there place.

Well I released the patch ages ago for 09. I didn't intend to make such a big project again for 10 too...

i believe i installed it correctly, but im not seeing the extra tourney's in Rest of the World section...im not sure what could have happened. I followed everything in the exe normally and the FAT rebuilder went through fine (and the readme file for the mod is in the FIFA 10 directory), but I'm not seeing anything ingame...any suggestions?

i had the patch for 09, i liked it, you did a good job, as im sure you did this time also.

im just picky & want everything in my game to look the same.

does it crash when the same guy score for the ivory coast, or is it different
players who score for them ?

No whoever scores and it happens with both ivory coast and korea too

Any chance that this patch could be expanded for more teams? Teams like Latvia and Israel would be great to have in FIFA 10.

I'd love to re-play the epic match played between Latvia and Greece in WC Qualifying that Latvia led at the half 2-1 but lost 5-2 in Athens.
