No I don`t tested them in fifa 10 because I don`t like this demo :D I use CM09 and play FIFA 09.

The minifaces are not in zdatas but in Fifa10/data/gui/assets.big.
Look for files named head_pc/s_*big. Inside you will find the fsh.
