Vlady, I think that the texture needs a little bit work, cause he looks...whiter and (as Santi said) nose needs some update, too. As for the hair, I think that Nano's Caceres hair for Juventus' pack is the most aproppriate for Leto.

I always make models not exactly like in oripic but how I remember them in real life
(of course if I saw him :))
