Hi guys, this post is about a little dream I have always had...
It is not impossible to make a perfect and really complete patch, if we work together to this aim.
What do I mean? Some guys for every country could work hardly on their home league, and then we could join every work, to make a big and amazing patch :)

Your project is good. There is only a main problem: it has been already started by lots of fifasites gathered! The project started 2 months ago and we wanted to keep it secret for the moment because we don't want to have pressure from users... Send me a PM if you want some details!

The perfect patch suggested in this thread would have to include...

-enhanced enbseries.ini with optimal values
-ai.ini mod
-common.ini mod
-animation patch
-all national teams in wc2010 and euro 2012 qualifying
-updated rosters, created players, etc
-updated kits
-updated stadiums including all national team home stadiums with high res net physics patches
-good set of default adboards

Also all patches in this perfect complete patch must be able to be installed manually, either through CM10, DBM10, or FM10, or through placing .ini files in FIFA main directory.

I like what I see. But this patch is gonna take a lot of effort. Maybe I can do some research about the teams if you want. It would be an honnor to help you guys.

For FIFA 11 for sure I'll promote a project like this one i proposed a year ago.

yes it must be a combination of these factors. since fifa 11 is coming so soon, many people are unwilling to take on any collaborative project in preparation of fifa 11. and that is understandable and good.

if FIFA 11 PC is as good as I hope it is, maybe many of us will drop everything we are doing with fifa 10 and move to fifa 11.

Yes in fifa 11 i would like to work on this.

one person cannot make the most complete patch with the best of the best. this is because some are good at kits, some are good at stadia, some are good at one thing some are good at another. as a result, many of the best patches and improvements to FIFA 10 PC are never released, making it hard to create a perfect patch. also it is sometimes difficult to agree on ai.ini because some of us prefer a different style of gameplay. some person think theres is the best and only. these things sometimes make it difficult to have perfect or complete patch.

those before me have set a precedent that exist today. my goal is not to get the most clout but rather to create the most balanced 45 minute half a.i. possible with human-like cpu. once this is achieved, we can all share this gameplay and there is no need for phantom parameters or anything like that. that is my current job here. other members have other jobs, like cinematic or kits. my next job will hopefully to bring college stadiums to FIFA 10 or FIFA 11. these are all ideas until we know what we are dealing with. until things can be explained fully and freely without unneeded drama, until we can work together instead of in small elite groups, this is a dream. if people can think out-side-the-box and for the greater good, this is very possible in FIFA 11. this all may take many months or even years depending on what FIFA 11 PC is like. I have downloaded many beautiful stadia, created national team, etc. then i can add new players to created national team and try to fix problems with the stadium. who knows if you can even mod the same things in fifa 11 that you can in fifa 10.

for FIFA 10 PC to have a complete patch, the cinematics modders must play a role in this. they have not released many cinematics patches, and the ones that were released cannot be manipulated and are .exe patches. cinematics modders did not release most of their tools to the public, possibly because of limitations of FIFA.exe. updated cinematics are the biggest missing piece to make FIFA 10 PC complete. in the past i have helped others to put WC06 and UCL0607 cinematics in FIFA 10, but have heard nothing about their results. i do not have the tools or the knowledge to edit cinematics at the moment, so they may have the perfect most complete patch but if they never release it to public, we'll never know whether the patch or tools exist. until the cinematics modders for FIFA 10 PC share their knowledge or tools or patches, there will never be a perfect complete patch for FIFA 10 PC.

the good news is that there is a chance that the EA developers have improved the cinematics in FIFA 11 PC and hopefully there will be no need for cinematics tools or patches in FIFA 11 PC. We will find out soon.

Perhaps one thing we can work on for FIFA 11 is to try to create as many national teams as possible who aren't in the game from the start.
