Which Fifa F.A Stars is better , has better and more realistic gameplay Fifa F.A Stars 2000 or 2001?
Is the gamepaly better than Fifa 2001?

FA stars 2001 is about the same as FA stars 2000 but it has roster/kits updates and some better graphics.
They do not have somethings fifa have:

3D Crowd
Scripted Gameplay
Linesmen
Managers
Bench players
etc... anyone has more post please.

I don't know about FA Stars 2000 but i have some words about 2001:
the gameplay is better than in FIFA 2001, players really play football (they always try to occupy free space on the field for receiving a pass and scoring...)
but graphic...menus are ugly, in game everything is too dark and not much detailled (acctually the graphic is a little bit better than in Football Manager 2001 or 2000 if u like, they are not very different)

That's why i choose FIFA - good gameplay and the best graphic.

Nikita I can't believe you just said FIFA has better gameplay than FAOPLS 2001, oh well everyone has their own opinion.

this iw why i like FA Stars 2001
- power bar for pass
- power bar for through pass
- power bar for shot
- power bar for lob
- ability to lob ball over keeper
- no 360 spin
- ability to kick ball in open space
- REALISTIC gameplay, ball path is not scripted, also you control power + direction of each shot
- HIGHLY DETAILED stadiums
- better crowd chants
- the goalie nets look way better

FIFA 2001:
in FIFA scoring is much better (beautiful), in FA Stars 2001 u score or u don't
GK have more realistic moves (not only jump after the ball and fall on the field to catch a low shoot)
Detailed Stadiums...what differ if u can't see them much

at all in FIFA textures are more detailed than in Stars

i was a little wrong about my last post, there are managers and bench but they are 2D. The crowd in FA stars are better as they have better chants and move only when a goal is scored or the players just entered the pitch.
Nik is correct of course, to say that the movements in fifa is better, but that is because they have a good motion capture team.
However, i think the people who made the Fa stars put in more effort than the ones who made fifa, just open the fsh/big files of the Fa Stars. But don't forget, Fa stars are only 2 years old and fifa is.....old.
