Finally, the gameplay has a lot to do with the database. I mean, before, you change the database, skills, team mentality, etc. but was not made clear in the game. Now, if you change the parameters of the teams like busspeed, buspositioning, ccpassing, ccshooting,etc, etc, etc. The gameplay change absolutely. It's really great how the teams styles work. When I change team tactics during a game with 4 6 2 8 keys on the numeric keybord there is no indication that the new tactics is applied.

Is this an expected nehaviour, or Im doing something wrong?

Yeah I like them aswell, with Real Madrid their wide players (in my line-up thats Ronaldo and van der vaart) join the attack as third man, getting wide of full backs and getting 1v1 with keeper, just like in real life.
