Just place this file in you FIFA 10 main folder and when you launch FIFA it will take you straight to the game menu (Y)

Yes but it's easy to change, just change 'ENG' in the language you want. If you are german, just type 'GER'.. if your dutch, type 'DUT' or if you are italian just 'ITA' ;)
