Create a file using notepad and name the file as locale.ini. Save it in FIFA10 folder, the main folder.

Hope this help.

Works like a charm. For me Fifa used to work very smoothly but after a couple of patches it started to lag a bit. normal?

if they both died its most likely the motherboard, id say the power supply, but if the pc powers on, its not the power supply, tho the fan in the supply could have died itself.

any power surges happen to you in the past week ?

it could be that they are covered in dust & just need to be cleaned.

you could just remove them from the pc & use compressed air to blow off the dust & a shop vac to suck out the remaining dust inside the power supply.

do not open the power supply !

they also sell fans that connect to a connector from the power supply, making it so you dont have to use the connector on the motherboard.

if you have a voltage tester you can test the power to the main fan on the motherboard.

try these things i told you to do, & if it works you are good to go, if not get another fan & power supply.
