View Full Version : CPU: Too Quick, yet too stupid....

I find in FIFA that the "ping-pong" phenomenon is as bad as it ever was, and in typical EA style, they have simply made the pitch bigger to combat this.
But the problem of mili-second passing moves of the CPU, along with mili-second tackles, is still terrible. And yet it is still easy to beat the CPU on Worldclass level in this game.

The game has to be slowed down but the CPU made cleverer, particularly in it's defensive manuevres: It is just too predictable.
Every time I play the game, I use the same tactic: Down the wing with passing, cross into the centre; GOAL.
Just too damn easy, and thus, it quickly gets boring.

RIGHT ON, its super-easy to score these goals, especially when you have 3 attackers, you can actually do an overhead kick and score every time!
BTW: any luck on the win2000 patch?

No, I haven't heard anything about it.
Is EA doing it? If so, you could be in for a very, very long wait my friend.....
