Some of you had probably saw it but i made a tool for converting players from FM to Fifa.

This thread will be used for everyone to post their conversion teams and leagues and to get resources like kits,logos etc.

The idea of this patch is to make ALL the teams present in European Competitions this year including from Small Countries like Luxembourg or San Marino. With this it will be possible to have a deeper experience and realism and European Leagues.

There are almost 100 teams to convert but if we get 4 or 5 guys to help and to convert 20 teams each(its not much you will see) we can have the rosters in 1/2 weeks.

I have complied the exported files as well as a fifa DB with most of teams created. (Note there might be some missing team. Just create it in CM like in the tutorial.

Dont make Romanian,Bulgaria,Bosnian or Croatian teams becuase they are already or will be made.

After converting the teams you need to assign them a more realistic formation. Just put a basic formation and then choose the player with highest rating from that position.

Then we will need kitmakers for making kits for all this teams. I dont need
pro kitmakers. My idea is to use KDM09 to make the kits. (just generic kits).

If you want to do any other team/league just tell me here and i will sent you the FM files to convert.

After this project i want to make Portugal lower leagues.

Thanks. I need kits and minikits. They could be generic ones just with the design and colors of the teams. I have the logos.
Some of leagues already have the catalogue kits made. For the others you could use the template pack to make them.

I have finishing converting all the teams. Now just habe to import in the game.
Next two weeks i will be very busy with university but them i will have time to complete this project.(Y)

nah bro i know that, in face i created a savegame just 4 the export... but 2 example, i watched the UE Sain Julia (from Andorra)... and it doesn't have the complete roster, cause some players are like with grey fonts (u know, the ones that u can't offer a contract).. and i'm using a huge database (custom, with ALL options for all continents, like more than 200.000 players)... so i just make all those teams anyway even if the don't have all their roster? or u could tell me what leagues do we need (to take advantage of the huge FM database).. i could make all the text files and conversions, but if u guys can help me with all the other things (like kits, etc.) it'll be great..


i don't know if someone is fired up with the idea, just tell me what u guys think (:

Dont worry about grey players. They will be exported correctly.
Just make sure you select a custom db with the leagues you want to convert.

Hi man! I'm from HSMT. I'm the boss of HSMT. We make CL patch 2009/2010 for FIFA, but we miss some teams. Levski Sofia (BUL), Sheriff (MDA), Ventspils (LVA), APOEL (CYP), Maccabi Haifa (ISR).

I have converted and imported most of teams from FM. Now i need to fix lineups and some players.

Can someone make generic kits for the teams? You can use KDM.

i have KDM but don't know how to use it :( if someone explains me, i could give it a try with the kits =)

I have ALL the leagues in text file format... so my idea is to make a big patch with lots of leagues.. so we'd need kitmakers, flagmakers and ad-makers (considering that the converting tool creates players, faces and numbers; and that we might be able to use the minis and logos included in FM2010)...

This is such a great idea. I really hope you'll succeed with this, also because nobody has heard anything from Ockham with his CEP (Career Expension Patch) for about a year.
Are you planning to include all the European domestic leagues who are involved in the CL/EL (around 54 I think)? Is very ambitious, but extraordinary tremendous if it becomes true.
There are some real good patches with lots of kits and logos for FM out there already. I suppose you should consider using them.

tell you graphics makers to all use the same templates for kits & minis & minifaces.

this will ensure the optimum quality in the patch.

May I suggest to use either FIFA's original template (http://i33.tinypic.com/33b3ioj.png) or the first minikit template of Moscor (I don't know where you can find that one...but I have it on my harddisk...so it should be possible to upload it, here is an example of a kit whit Moscor's template made by nevergiveup: http://a.imagehost.org/0870/Liverpool_home.png). And maybe it's possible to collaborate with Moscor or nevergiveup (both active on this forum).

I have to say I really would prefer Moscor's template. I just like that one the most :)

i have 8 ea style minikit templates.

w/ all the different collars, so you dont even have to do the collars.

i prefer everything ea because everything in my game is ea.
