Woah, wait a minute there. I can say Nr 1, but so what ? If possible, go and try out a few and pick the one you feel most comfortable with, not the one other people feel most comfortable with.

Me personally I do not like the Finger saves, I have many reasons for this, and yes I own a pair.

As for the part about trying many gloves and seeing.

I have used lots of Uhslport APG's and, other grips, but never a HIGH level Reusch.

I need some solid arguments, before I throw the money around.

If you want to know My reasons for extreme hate for the Adidas Fingersave leave a message here.

I am a youth team goal-keeper for a team in the english conference.

I have always used Uhlsport and, some adidas gloves.

Well it time, to buy gloves (again ...)

Would you suggest:
1)Uhlsport APG Air-mesh (yellow, black, worn by TOLDO at Euro-2000)

2)Reusch Orthotects (grey, worn by Raimond Van der Gouw)

3)Reusch Duo Liga (new ones, not last years)

4)Uhlsport APG (red, white, blue, worn by most keepers in italy)

Please post your choice, AND REASON!

THANKS

Hey Schmeichel I am a goalkeeper too(well actually Midfielder but I love being in goals) I have er...the adidas fingersave I really like em.
But ofcourse you must see for yourself.
Here is what I did:
I went to a sports shop with my dad.
I needed a good pair of gloves so I chose a couple.I put on the first pair ,took a football from the shelves and started bouncing it of the floor. The I got my dad then to throw the ball to me and catch it.
Like that you you get the real feeling for the glove and can make out which one you like best.
I know it may look stupid throwing a ball around the shop but...what the heck http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
Try it ,it works http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif

No offence or anything NAC,

but I don't care about the comfort, that much, because if you are looking for the most comfortable gloves, you ahould get the UHLSPORT Comfort (maroon)

Yeah, I am trying to findout about the gloves not in stores, (Very High Quality ones) which you really have to order.

Any one used any of the ones I mentioned????

gauncho I wish it was that simple mate, but in Engalnd, it rains so hard and so often, the fields are mud paddies . Cheap Gloves get so much mud on them, they have less grip then your hands. That is why you need a good latex, it stays cleaner, and keeps the grip going well.

schmeichel01,
Dont buy APG's if you R playing in the wet.
The Adhesive on the palms is like teflon when it's raining.
You can't go wrong with a top-line pair of reusch. Although the best pair of gloves I currently have in my purse r nike.

Yeah, these are more of a dry grip.

I have a great pair of ASG II , of all gloves I have used in the wet they are the definite best.
