Hello all!

During the FIFA 09 days, I started making some national team minikits for my own use, and I figured I'd share some of them with the community. Most of them were based on the amazing national team kits made by mogolos, who was kind enough to give me permission to post my minis in his thread on the FIFA 09 forum. I took a bit of time off during my wife's pregnancy, but I've been spending some time at home lately and have taken up the hobby again. So, here are some more items from my collection. Eventually I'll get caught up to present-use kits, but right now I'm trying to finish up all the national teams, focusing on the kits I have in my own copy of FIFA.

Sorry, but like I said before, I'm doing this to fill in gaps in my own game. The community doesn't need someone to make a 15th version of France or Spain or Brazil. Most of the countries I've posted are ones that nobody had done yet. Once we get all of those covered, I might move on to doing more popular teams.

So, I've achieved my primary goal in undertaking this project -- I now have minis to match the national team kits for every FIFA member in the world! Most of those kits are the work of mogolos, who deserves a ton of credit for the effort he put in to create those kits. Without his enormous time and energy first, there would have been no reason for me to do any of this afterwards.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words and support so far ... you guys kept me motivated! I will now take a short break, but will return to start catching up on newer-release kits. At first glance, I'd like to hit all the African Puma nations (Algeria is already done, and Egypt halfway). Away Adidas kits for Germany and Mexico are just around the corner, some other Adidas nations have new home and away kits, and a whole bunch of World Cup qualified-Nike teams are scheduled for release soon.

So, stay tuned ... more works to come! (Y)

The Uruguay away kit you posted is not correct. That is the away kit they originally announced; since then they have announced a change to this (http://www.footballshirtculture.com/10/11-kits/uruguay-2010-2012-puma-away-football-shirt.html).
The North Korea kit you posted is not the same one I made minis for -- it does not match what's in my preview. That shirt is made by Hummel. The kits I made were produced by Erke, and can be seen here (http://www.koreatimes.co.kr/upload/news/080220_2p0_football.jpg). Those are the kits North Korea wore during World Cup qualifying. As I said before, the DPR Korea Football Association has not yet unveiled the kits they will wear at South Africa; we don't even know what brand they'll be using yet.
The Nigeria kit you posted was unveiled in November. In December it was reported that Nigeria Football Federation had rejected the design (http://www.footballshirtculture.com/10/11-kits/nigeria-reject-adidas-world-cup-2010-shirt.html). They played in these kits during Africa Cup of Nations but nobody knows yet whether they will wear these or something else at the World Cup.


I'm not going to say it again: It will be released when it is finished, and not a moment sooner.

Which national teams were you looking for? I have made minis for every national team, but there are a few I haven't posted. Let me know which ones you're after and I can get them to you.

EDIT: in-game teams native to FIFA 10 with unlicensed kits are Ecuador, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Switzerland, Ukraine, and Uruguay. Sound about right?

I have the Ecuador and Hungary ones you posted earlier. The South Africa, Switzerland and Uruguay will come out in the pack, if I'm right. So, there's Ukraine, Finland, Poland and Russia. So, I'm interested in the last 4.

Also, I wanna know if you have minis of those NT's that didn't qualified to the World Cup, and have official minis in the game (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Czech Republic, Ireland, Norway, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Sweden and Turkey)

I have all of those done. In most cases I have minis that match in-game kits that EA used (although I've pretty much universally replaced the ones made by EA with those of better quality) ... in a few cases I have minis that go with new kits that have been released since the game was published.

Thanks, but don't worry about it. I have kits for North Korea that match the minis. It's just frustrating that of the 32 teams that qualified, 31 of them have released new kits and North Korea continue to sit around. They won't confirm that they will have new kits for the tournament, and they won't confirm that they're going to continue using the old ones either. Realistically, we probably won't know for sure until their first match in group stage.

No problem providing the minikits ... I'm just glad there are people out there besides myself that get some use out of them.

All the minis look good but yes that´s right, this ones are Honduras Home and Away World Cup Kits, the other is the third.

Most sources I've found have the blue & white striped kit listed as away, and the blue listed as third. That's probably because the blue & white stripes are the traditional away look for Honduras, but who knows for sure. It's a bit confusing. At any rate, here's the other mini:

Looks really great, the thing is that you´re right the traditional away has been the wht/blu stripe but this year for WC that ones is the third and the blue one is away go figure.
