I ask all the modders here: is there a way to get rid of this stupid passing system in FIFA10? The thru pass is comic, the player barelly touch the ball and the ball travels like 2 meters. In 07 the passing was fantastic, even the first touch pass. And there is a way to get rid of this most stupid 1-2 pass? I'm playing 07 and 10 and the diferences are all in 07 favor. In 10 if the player A passes to player B and you want the cross for player C, is not possible, the stupid EA think that is better that player B to cross back to A.
I'm sure there is a INI file that can be edited, but i don't know where it is. And i see that ai.ini is not a much help.

Nope, still the same problem. And the passing is still lame. I'm sure that is not in ai.ini file, i've edited in most ways possible.

what ini file ?

first of all, if its the ai.ini file, where are looking in the file to fix this problem ?

do even know what you are looking for ?

that file controls just about everything pertaining to passing.

explain to me better what you are trying to accomplish & i will do it for you.

Regularcat, your gameplay is ok. And yes, i know what i want.
Examples:
1.In this game the players pass wherever they want. If you want to give a pass from a midfielder to his teammate to the left for a clear shot, the stupid game make the decision to pass left-forward to the striker, in the middle of oposite defence. Why? I don't know.
2.If you want to play player A pass to player B, cross in square area for player C from first touch, is not gonna hapened. The stupid game cross from B back to A, usually with a comic cross 3 meters long. Works perfectly in 07, not in 10.
And is going on, and on, and on.

And the oposite team goals? Is just one way: the striker gets 1 on 1 with your goalkeeper and scores. The CPU doesn't know other way to score! (90% of your games).

But you know what? I have 3 years playing 07, 3 months 08, one week 09 and now (5 minutes ago) i just uninstalled 10. I'm done with this francise. Is getting more bad number after number.

That's absolutely true, CPU doesn't know how to score goals, only long balls (very rare) and 1 on 1 with the keeper.

If you could change that by editing a config file, it would be magic.

As for the 1-2 problem, that was because you used S for changing the player, like in 07. You must use Q so the problem will dissapear.
