we were winning by 2 and ref did not gave our penalty and also did not show Maldini a red card not even a free kick when he smacked Okan's face. we replayed the tape and at the position when Maldini smacks Okan's face, you can tell by watching it that the ref sees the insident then he positioned his wisle to his mouth to stop the play but then he ignored it and did not do anything cause did not had the guts to stop the play and throw Maldini out of the game. The Turkish media had replayed the insident over and over again, and it seemed that the ref did not like the turks. also when JARDEL was tackled inside the 18 yard box, the ref was just front of them and still ignored them. another play was Hagi's pass to Jardel which could put Jardel to a goal situation and the stupit ref calls an offside to JARDEL.
damn it.

Maybe GS should have won, but if I were u I would be happy drawing AC Milan in Italy.

you are absolutely right, we should be very very happy, but you don't understand. we had the 2-0 lead and the ref ruined the game for us, i mean he is a uefa ref and should not make these basic mistakes. They were so basic, even teh turkish ref would not make them. just like the one pao vs rc lens.

we could of had 3 instead of 1. and that makes a big difference.

too bad tough luck for gala as usual with the refs. it is a tough group and i don't know how the hell we are going to go through.

the most suprising result was deportivo defeating PSG in paris, 3-1. The momentum of the game completely shifted in the second half. Another note, milan didnt have coco, costacurta, or albertini all three are international quality players, gala did play well but against an undermanned Milan side.

I am a 100% OLYMPAKOS supporter, but PAO is a greek team so I will back them in Europe.
